Floree members automatically receive free standard delivery on every order

Orders on Floree and the Floree App

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order for any reason, you can return this and receive your money back. For Floree members and guests we offer returns within 30 days of the purchase date. To initiate a return, please follow the steps down below to receive a return authorization number. Please note that the item must be in its original condition with all tags attached and unworn. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item was defective or damaged upon receipt. Once the return is received and inspected, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to process. 

Floree Members

Floree members even can return till 90 days if the items have not been worn and washed.

For Floree members, returns are always free.

Unfortunately, if the tags are no longer attached to the clothing, it cannot be returned. If this is done, no money will be refunded and we will keep the clothing for a maximum of 30 days to collect it anyway.

How can I return items purchased from a Floree Store?

If you need to return items purchased from an Floree Store, please follow these steps:

  1. Bring the item(s) and your original purchase receipt to the Floree Store where you made the purchase.

  2. Explain the reason for your return to the store associate and provide any necessary information.

  3. The store associate will process your return and issue a refund or exchange according to Floree return policy.

  4. If you do not have your original purchase receipt, please bring a valid form of identification so the store associate can locate your purchase in their system.

If you have any questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to contact Floree customer service for assistance. Please note that some items may not be eligible for return or exchange.

 

Can I return defective items or items with a manufacturing defect?

Yes, if you receive an item with a manufacturing defect or if the item is defective in some way, you may return it to Floree for a refund or exchange.

Please follow the standard return process for the item, either through the Floree app or by returning it to an Floree Store. When you explain the reason for your return, be sure to mention that the item is defective or has a manufacturing defect.

In most cases, Floree will cover the cost of return shipping for defective items. However, if you have any questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to contact Floree customer service for assistance
